Ok as you might know if you read some of my earlier threads, i got k18 gloves and the stitching in the left index finger was falling off and open...qc lax sent me out some knew ones and i got them today...i am so mad bc i love the gloves but the same problem on the same finger is on the new ones too..just not as bad...the stitching job is very bad quality all around ..you might wanna look for that if ur getting the k18 gloves

My..more problems with '07 gloves. This is the second time I have heard of it with K18's and I heard of it a couple times with Kings.

Edit: Well third time with K18's if you count both of your pairs.

Geez they really dropped the ball on the '07 gear.

no way man superflys are the same thing as the macdaddys and the superfreaks but with holes in them, if you want to get a pair id recomend saving some cash and getting superfreaks cause there the same thing, warrior really needs to get a new glove design

So true, let them come with something out of the ordinary, that performs so untruthly good...
Don't count on it though, i've never seen anything innovative from warrior, they simplay rip off ideas and improve them.

Yeah, I couldn't agree more.
Because warrior never revolutanized the gloves by inventing the quadra cuff that every company stole from them.
They deffinitly never came out with the TI shaft that revolutanized shafts.
They deffinitly didn't make a head, evo pro, that other companies copy completly but with a differnt sidewall.

Dang you Warrior, Start helping lacrosse

I dont think going as far as saying warrior rips off ideas is right. Warrior does however kind of get stuck in a rut with things, like how they made the evo, evo pro, evo 2.0 and whatever making minor changes. They have good products for the most part and thats what you should look at.

I'm not even going to start with this guy...

Anyhow i know that i'm a little harsh on warrior and i admit that i forgot the ti and quadra cuff.
My bad guys :nahya:

the threads on mine dont look perfect but i played with my k18s today at practice and one word: sick. These gloves are awesome and worth the buy, hopefully mine dont start falling apart but if they do, im sure it will be under the warranty

actually, I beg to differ. Because honestly, titanium did not revolutionize shafts, it simply made them lighter and stronger. on the other hand, aluminum did revolutionize shafts because they were the first metal shafts. Similarly, harrow revolutionized shafts in their graphite construction, and quite possibly their rubberized grip.
And heads, I wouldnt call the evo pro something that everyone copied. Show me 3 legitimate designs that look like the evo pro from other companies, and maybe I'll believe you. If you are looking for something that every company copied, try everyone copying STX with the plastic lacrosse head, or the open sidewall head, or even the open sidewall goalie head.

But I will agree with you on the Quadra cuff system, as Brine obviously copped it on the deft, and now the Kings, and maybe even STX with the pro center cuffs.

While I hate to stray from popular opinion; this thread is about k18's stitching. That really sucks about your gloves, I'd try calling STX themselves, seeing whats up.

Stay on topic...we have 1,000,000 threads with people duking it out over if Warrior is good or bad.

This thread is to talk about the K18's..

thank god i got the custom glads instead of the k18s for this year. there could be something wrong with qc lax if they shipped twice like that...or maybe it is the glove i dont know.

it does seem that warrior rips people off with their upper end gloves. the mack daddys were not a good glove, four of my teammates had them and they wore out in a month or less.

Uhhh, K18's are STX gloves...

Anyways! I suggest you try contacting qclax and STX to see if more gloves have this problem.

write stx a complaint, and send it to them. they should have them in around lax season...though my pads never came in after 3 months... :bull:
