does anyone know of those really basic pads that do not protect your shoulder or anything. i guess they could be considered liners but i want something that is legal yet REALLY stripped down and basic. any ideas/sites?

I like G-forces... They're not bulky at all.. I mean if you reallllly really don't want anything (with still having something) go to lax.com and the last page of shoulder pads theres the white foam ones hahaha... your a soldier if you get those.

Go with anything low end or just plain liners.
You might want to look into Brine spartan SPs (if you can still get your hands on those)
Warrior Adrenaline 6.0 SPs or STX stinger/rivals.
I just saw these awesome gait lacrosse pads that were liners, like football liners, but they had hard caps on them to protect your shoulders, that sounds exactly like what you would want. I think they were called mutant SP liners

Get the Warrior 6.5's, they just came out and are very nice. They have amazing protection but don't restrict movement.

Buy my Harrow P2 Ultralights. Absolutely no padding. I thought they'd have more, so rather than return them, I'll sell them to you.

im prettty sure that your thinking of the Adams pad liners, they have gaps everywhere and do not protect at all. They were originally used to put underneath your football shoulder pads

yeah man, spartan sp's are the best. very cheap, good protection and even better flexability. that is if you can find them, they stopped making them this year.

ya stingers or rivals, all pretty good for what you pay for (only $30!). ive had them ever since i started playing, and its been good this whole time. ive never felt anything THAT painful :naughty: and ive taken shots the my shoulder (dont ask why). the chest also have an air bubble, which protects you even more.
