yea its worth the money. i have the i-beam and i like it alot. some ppl must not take care of there sticks if they break as easily as they say cuz i play summer fall and spring competitive and mine hasnt broken yet.

yeah, it seems that the people who break the ibeams are the ones that break other shafts too. If you're like me, and have never broken a shaft, the you don't have to worry.

i sometimes thinkt that talking about shatfs gets a little stupid and heres why.

1. most guys have a preferance towards a company no matter the product. so they will just keep plugging it with no real reason why.

2. asking if a shaft is strong is stuff because for 10 year olds an AL6000 may be perfect but for a college lacrosse game it could get broken in 2 minutes.

3. it also depends on what position you play and how you play it, i know personally i am pretty physical with my stick and i play attack, but other i know just sit back and arent physical at all.

4. when one person says ohhh i hate my titan pro cuz it broke in 2 games and then the next guy is like i love mine had it for 3 years, there is a chance that the metal is weaker in that one spot adn you got hit perfectly in that spot, not all metals are consistent even thought they may appear that way.

i would just consider things things the next time you say state why or why not a certain shaft is good or not good for you.

There is no shaft out there that can't be broken. I've seen MLL defensemen (starters) with crater size dents and bends in their shafts, which are usually like Titan Pros. All I'm saying is this: The indestructable shaft has not come yet.

yea, id recommend a box harrow or a harrow without the taper, i think thier called harrow field or something. Id reccomend getting a cu31 or a c405 allow for half the price, plus double the warranty. The advantage harrow might give you may not be worth it to you...try one out before buying one

wait if you think though, the taper on the harrow wouldn't that spot be stronger? cuase if the side wall on the harrows are the same the whole way and it's the same on the taper that means theres less space for the stick to bend in that area. kinda like a piece of metal that is long just bends and mutates, but when the metal is small and short you cant bend it. so it's stiffer and stronger? i don't nkow, it makes some sence to me. i'm talking out of my *** right now....

i dont think it would be stronger. the pressure being exerted into the taper is being concentrated into a smaller area, making the stick more vulnerable there.

Just go to a lax store and try out all the shafts there, and pick the best one.
