new gloves

which gloves for a middie. my superstars are getting holes in the palm so i need somthin new. ive tried on all these gloves and i like them alot so help me.

1.Hyperflex
2.Glads- have some of these for the skool also but need some for summer leagues cuz i cant use skool
3.superstar-have now just ripping tho
5.freaks
6.supercrosse
7.axis

i would say prolly the freaks,crosses or glads then it would be ur decision on which u like BEST

are the crosses fingers anoying cuz ive heard they bunch up or somthin when you cradle so i dont want that. i also take alot of faceoffs so i need somthing good for that.

Supercrosses don't bunch when you cradle. They are just simply amazing. Use them, own them, buy them, blah blah blah. Go to www.laxnation.com and read their reviews. Plus supercrosses rock for facing.

im pretty sure gloves dont "rock" for facing.

i really like my freaks, but your going to have to make the final decision because people here will pump you with both sides of the story, anyways freaks have awesome movement and unequaled protection, however the knuckles are a problem, the only way to get hit there though is if your making a complete fist. The palms are nice and allow you an option of using tape or not more than most gloves will. The crosse's knuckles don't hinder movement however i have seen them break in game and become absolutely useless, the padding on the crosse's is less than that of the freaks, yet still adequate, the movement, i would not say is any better than the freaks, the price however is, i know you can get freaks at lacrossedigest if your signed in for 122-127 and i believe the crosse's are 110, so if you want to pay the extra $17 then i'd go freaks.

go with crosses all the su middies used them this year, or most of them, plus i have them and tries on a pair of freaks and the thumbs suck. u can't move the super freak's thumb! just a tip,also look at gels:agree :laugh

i have gels and i really like them, i just got crosses and i can already tell im going to like them, i also have worn merc prostars before, they werent bad gloves but i could not get used to the cuffs, so i got rid of them. i have tried glads on and they seem nice, if i remeber right thought they felt a lot heavier than my crosses.

i no this might be off topic butt how long did it take you guys to break in your freaks.... mine still arent broken in to my specifications....any suggestions to break them in other than sleeping in them

bend them alot and sit on them and stuff. dont take ur hands out of them. i read somwere that there broken in if u can type w/ them

i use a pair of glad field gloves with the thumb taped... awesome gloves, better than any others i've tried- i don't like the freaks cause the glove just seemed hella stiff, though i could be wrong

well i had superstarts for 1 seasons and they got ruined from playing games in the rain and the palms were bearly there anymore so i got glads and i havent had any problems

i would get glads but we got them for school already so. thats why im getting these cuz i cant wear my school ones in falll and summer sompetitive leagues so im looking for freaks
