I have a 17d tradish hard mesh. I have Nem a 4 shooter set up, 2 straight across the top, and 2 V's below it. My pocket is broken in near the bottom middle of the head. When I go to throw, it hits off the top of the head every time. Because it does that, the speed of my clear goes way down, and depending on how much a follow thru, the ball will either go way high or low. I've tried tightening my 2 V's, but that didn't really seem to help. Any suggestions on what to do?

i need a pic to help you with it. it really just sounds like you need to remove one of the vs, then bring your shooters down a row or 2, and put a tight nylon shooter at the top. what you have is called lip. either do what i said, or try tightening the topstring or trying something else.
