wallball-just throw agianst wall, catch, repeat, or play a game of wallball with friends

Ground ball drill-get on a large field, throw ball in front of you, scoop, and repeat across

cradleing drill- run across the field, cradleing according to your steps. keep this rythm.

shooting drill-get a bucket of balls and shoot at goal, or a fence. if you only have acces to a wall, buy no bounce balls, and shoot at a taped box.

disclaimers note-if you shoot at the fence, and they got fast, the fence may...dent (go inwards, maybe post pics up later). also, as you get better at shots at the fence, they may go through. my record is 11 going through in a row, a hard feat to accomplish.

ill think of more

definately agree with macdaddy on those things, nothing beats good old wallball. also, try to make whatever you're doing fun, the last thing you want is to turn lacrosse into a chore.

Yea, Macdaddy definately summed it up. Wallball is most likely your best friend. Thats the cool part of lacrosse- you can get better on the little things on your own. YOu can't practice your deep ball or catching a bullet in football on your own. You can't pitch to yourself in baseball. Its amazing. Wallball is probably the most under rated aspect of the game.

what happens with the no bounce balls when they hit the wall, do they fall straight to the ground or just not come back at you very hard?

in my experience, they just bounce off 1 foot if you shoot pretty hard, and they will come to a stop within seconds.
