i jujst got a new evo and from what i heard was that it is a really hard head to string and i was wonderin what would be the best pocket to put in it from everyone elses experience

no it is my favorite gead ever and easy to string.

pinch it and put in some faded royal blue hard mesh with white shooters and everthing else and you will be set.

that didn't really seem to be specific advice at all...
fez, I suggest that you go look at oranges mesh tutorial as a starting point. post up some pictures once you string it.good luck

I have a 7 Diamond trad in my evo right now, and It is beautiful. If you dont mind the matience, I highly suggest that.

hmm.. evos are pretty easy heads to string. I have strung everything you can imagine on my brothers Evo for him, 5d bag, 6d low pocket, 3 different mesh pockets 2 low one medium, and a trad which is what he currently has in it so far. The easiest though would be a 6d on it, works wonderfully in my opinion (even though Im not much of a 6d lover)

Yeah, I'd say you cant go wrong with anything you put in it. Just go to www.jimalax.com and pick out what ever you want (If you dont want a spool and stuff, they have kits). and just follow one of the helpful tutorials on here or IM me at tkdlaxer, and I'll help you out.

i have the evo 2.0 which is essentially the same design as the evo, i used oranges giant mesh tutorial (which i use for everything, best tut out there imho). it works perfect for me.
