its to late to gain any significant weight for this season though it wont hurt to start working out. personally all the lacrosse players at my school are reguired to take a weight training class if it is possible to get in one. you should look into that to help during the season. once the season ends though you should get a personal trainer. three of my friends have been working out with a trainer since july and they have gained around 25-30 pounds and are extremely strong. they are sophmores, but there as big as the bigger seniors at our school now. a good personal trainer, diet, and the consumption of energy drinks helps a lot when it comes to gaining weight through muscle mass.

creatine isn't magical. It is a little late for a solid weight gain, people should think about this oh I don't know maybe two weeks after the last season, and not 2 months before the new one.

well its not necessairly completely impossible to bulk up before the season.. it takes 8 weeks of like a religious workout to get significantlly bigger.. so its possible if ur motivated enough

u have to eat more of the right foods....protein shakes arent gonna do it...y do u think pro football players eat all the eggs and steak and chicken...etc...its because these foods hav the protein and other nutrients u need...eat these things...and do MORE WEIGHT FEWER REPS...that will increase ur strength and bulk u up more than less weight and more reps which will just define and condition ur muscles

eat lots and lots of complex carbs. Drink protien shakes, and tkae some wieght gainers if you so desire. I couldnt tell the results, but you get somewhat bigger. Along with macronutrients, you need the micronutrients. You need your iron, your zinc, balh blah balh. Take vitamins.

Have fun.

ok thanks, i got like 2 1/2 weeks till JV intermurals which is some time to get those extra 10 pounds. more weight less reps, never thought about that, be specific on what vitamins though
