You'll probably think i'm an idiot for not knowing this but what is quicksticking?

quicksticking is passing or shooting the ball immediately after catching, no cradle, nothing. stick goes back to catch, stick goes forward to shoot
sort of like a tip-in in basketball, it just redirects the shot
its the reason why you need to learn to catch correctly (this means overhand!)
