yeah % of body fat just means what percent of your body weight is weight from fat. so just find 5% of 170-180 and thats it

you can tell when you 10% body fat and under you should start seeing more visible abs at 10, pretty visible abs at 9, and if you get to 7-8 then you should have like a full six pack flexing or not. thats the easiest way to tell. I was 9.4% body fat last month and my abs have got more visible abs so im guessing im under 9% now. remember you can't concentrate weight loss so yours abs are the easiest way to tell how much body fat you have lost. the whole working one muscle to lose the fat around it is a myth, you loss body fat like you pour water out of cup, you can't just pour the left side of water in the cup out, you get a little bit of both sides when you pour.

You will have to lose 10-15lbs. As your weight decreases, your fat will account for a larger percentage, but this will only be like .2-.5lbs. But in addition to that, you're not going to lose 100% fat, so figure in an extra 3-4lbs.

5% bodyfat is not 5% of your weight, if that were the case than your body would be 100% fat. You have to take muscle, bones, skin, and organs into account.
