Yesterday, I was at Lacrosse Unlimited and the double cover was on sale? I checked the date and it said Feb 2007? Do stores recieve the mag. before us subscribers? BTW, what was on the Jan. cover, I can't remember?

It depends on the magazine. You know how they have 2007 releases of cars in 2006. It's the same thing with magazines. They are just titled for the next month, but technically they are just the January edition. And then retailers just get the issues early, so it seems they have next month's edition of a publication.
