quick question, what is the best preseason conditioning I can do as a pole?

running, running, have quick feet, suicides 5yd line,10yd line,15, 20 then back to 5.

I think Running might be a pretty good one.

If that doesnt work.

run with your stick, wall ball(keep moving), and have a friend(or your self) roll out ground balls and get them(to get in better shape roll them out pretty far and sprint to them

As a pole, I do a lot of shorter sprints. I prefer doing like 15 40yd sprints, than running a lap around the track, and then i run bleachers for a while. Bleachers are IMO the most fun form of conditioning.

Run 300yds. But do it in 25yd sprints. Sprint 25 then quick turn and do the next 25. So you go in a straight line but its only 25 yds long. Shoot for each one in 65 seconds, and take a 2 minute rest between each one. Do 3, and you'll feel it.

I say this because players don't really run at the same speed for a whole game.
