protien would be a good start, and if your up for it/responsible enough you could try creatine and maybe N02

I strongly dont recomend creatine. If you do decide to take it Make sure you drink LOTS of water. There have been many posts about it and most of them say the same thing "dont take it". Stick with something like whey (cheap and worth the price), glutamine, no2 (if your responsible enough to take 8 pills a day)

The best thing you could do would be to hit up www.bodybuilding.com and read as much as you can about everything.

Since most people don't want to take the time to learn what to take, when to take it, and why I'll just give you what I take. 1 Kirkland multivitamin at 8am and 8pm every day. 2 Kirkland fish oil pills with every meal and 1 with my protein shake post-workout. Pre-workout, Superpump250 (NO2 supplement) althought after this jug, I won't take it again because I don't get a very good pump from it. After about half my workout, I go to the locker room and mix some bulk essential amino acids with some water and drink that during the last half of my workout. Helps to get the amino acids in my muscles right away. Immediately after getting to my apartment, I take a whey shake and 15 minutes later, I drink a CEE (self-absorbing creatine) shake. I also do 3 week cycles of an ECA stack before breakfast and lunch.

yeah, i keep flipping between that site and this site.

if you dont mind my asking, how much does all that stuff cost, say, per week?

i already drink a gallon of water a day.

are those good? and can someone explain the loading and maintenence phase it mentions?
