i was just at the local mall, and they got a new store called nutrition house. It is a store that only sells supplements like protein powder, vitamins etc. all dedicated to help you get into good shape. Needless to say, i was pretty amazed by what they were selling there, because they had WALLS of stuff of things to help you out. I saw a tub of a supplement called "weight gain powder" (cant remember the companys name) and it was for 30 bucks. It was a pretty big tub, and could have probably lasted me for a year. I just wanted to know if you guys think that this stuff would actually work, or was it just another one of those supplements where you buy it and it doesnt work.
thanks guys

^^Ditto, I probably wouldn't even buy if it was half off, plenty better stuff at lower prices.
Protein and creatine are pretty much the only two undisputed supplements that get results. The only thing people criticize creatine for is kidney problems, but you can't deny that it works.
Anything else, NO2, Citrulline Malate, PH's, you're going to start to get mixed reviews. One question, do you know what a GNC is?

"BSN products are great"???
Wow, yeah...they're awesome if you love paying atrocious amounts of money for something you could get for half the price.
To answer your question, stick to Optimum whey protein until you read enough to know what you're buying.

i couldn't agree more. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey tastes the best, and is the best value i've found for quality protein powders.

Go to a local Vitamin Shoppe if you have got one. GNC is good too. Overall, just try different things and see what works. I like protein and creatine.
