Just wondering what others think of girl's HS lacrosse in Florida...does it measure up? Who are the big up-and-coming schools/players? Will it get bigger?

Huge growth in SW Fla. The older teams are good..w/ Ft Myers probably being the best but oseveral others are close behind

Vero Beach is really good, but incredibly dirty. We played them during the Fall ball season (I play for West Orange...Central Florida), and we had players and refs flying. A parent was walking by their team bench during halftime, and overheard the girls happily exclaiming how they are AIMING for our girl's hands, and about how well their tripping was going. Sadly, we had the "bad refs" for that game, and absolutely nothing was ever called. I think the final score was 12-3, which isn't too bad for 2 Freshmen goalies against one of the best teams in the state.
