Warcraft vs Age of Empires 3

I was thinking bout getting Warcraft or Age of Empires 3 because ive heard they are quite fun even tho warcraft looks pretty weird. What do u reccomend

AoE3 doesn't have a monthly charge to play it...there for it's better IMHO. Another reason for it being better is it's not the computer equivolent of crack.
