I took velocity for football. It was intense, but i learned a lot. I don't know if their lacrosse specific class would be great. I like velocity. Try it. It is expensive though.

Catz is murder for your legs. No joke. They absolutely disregard your tendons and ligaments in your legs, particularly your knees. Yeah, they'll put you through a pretty thorough circuit training workout (which by the way, you could just do yourself since these things don't really involve any equipment), but every lacrosse player at my school who went on a Catz workout ended up with tendonitis or another serious leg issue. Almost every workout they do puts serious stress and shock on your crucial ligaments.
