go to http://vixy.net/flv_converter and put in the url of a youtube movie.Make sure the scroll bar thing is at mp4.then hit start.then the window will change,right click the link and hit save target as .

so if you put th url of a lax game, you mess with the settings,it will show up on itunes??

no, all u have to do is make sure the box is on mp4 and it will download into where evr u select and then open it with itunes
