Superbowl commercials

I know it's not over yet, but did anyone else think that the commercials during this year's superbowl were very very subpar? I don't think i laughed once. I know that in recent years the quality has been going down, but i think this year was just sad.

edit: and what happened to the new ipod that was supposedly going to be released during the superbowl?

yah some of the bud ones were good, i liked the ones with the crabs. But overall very disappointing.

I liked the snickers one, but I thought the one with the adjectives describing doritos and the people in the commercial was pretty funny. it had the "cheesy" smile, and the "smooth?" girl that tripped

most of the bud light ones were sweet. the sierra mist beard combover was kinda funny. there were just WAAAAAAAAY too many tv show previews and not enough actual commercials.

It was very subpar. I only laughed a few times. The block buster one was funny, the one where they slapped eachother was funny and the budwiser or budlight one where they did rock, paper, scissors and the guy threw the rock at the other guy.

I personally liked the one with K-Fed in the fast food place. The blockbuster mouse one was good, but it's over a year old so I've seen it a couple of times before. And weren't they supposed to have the winner of a commercial contest for some beer company at the 2:00 warning. I didn't see that.

Did anybody see the one for Garmin GPS? I thought it was the best. It was the one that was like a Power Rangers fight between a giant map and a GPS-man. It was like a godzilla fight...pretty funny.

yes, after the two minute warning in the fourth quarter there was a commercial created by the winner of a contest. it was the one with the fans who were dissapointed that the season was over. it wasnt a beer commercial though.

I liked the Snickers commercial, most of the Bud Light commercials, The first Doritos commercial, and the career commercials. I thought that this year's commercials were WAY better than last year's. I'm surprised that no one's mentioned the Sprint commercial. They were advertising the broadband connectors on the laptops to prevent "Connectile Dysfunction". That cracked me up.

the very first one where they had the rock paper scissors shoot thing and the threw the rock was really good and then the one homemade one about the doritos...and the connectile dysfuntion was good too

The one Doritos one that was made by a fan was a bit awkward, not that I was offended or anything but it was just kinda weird. The first Bud Light one was funny, the Snickers one was hilarious, and the first Coke one was real cool.

probably my favorite Super Bowl commercial ever was a few years ago for Corvette, and this little kid was driving around and ditching school. there was a part where he flew past his school and in midair he saw this hot girl in another corvette flying the other way past him.

i thought both sierra mist commercials were funny and the bud light rock/paper/scissors and the bud one when they were at the wedding. other than that i can't think of any that really came across as funny. this years commercials were definetly not as good as last years.

I liked all the Coke ones. The Hamster/Mouse thing for Blockbuster was probably the funniest one i saw though. That or the auctioneer at the wedding.

I was disapointed. I did like 2 or 3 though but they weren't hilarious. I think the one with the rock paper sciccors and the one with Carlos mencia were the best. That chevy comercial was very weird.

All of the Bud commercials were pretty funny, some more than others. The Career Search ones were okay. IMO, the K-Fed one was the best, mass hilarity.

The Original Go Daddy one would have been the funniest commercial but they were not allowed to use it.

Ya, in general, this was the worst super bowl ever in terms of commercials. As for that space station one..please post a link or something. :D
