Im a sophmore in high school in california. This is only my second year playing lacrosse. My friend and I are planning on attending the Blue Chip camp. I'm on varisty but i am wondering if it will be worth the trip to connecticut for a couple day camp, or will i just be the worst there.

Well, Last year it was so hot one week during the Blue Chip camp that they didnt even play, so it was pointless

If you plan on playing college lax then it the long trip is worth it. Thats basically the point of the camp, to meet and show college coaches what you are made of. If your not planning on playing college lax then theres really no point in going unless you just wanna play against some awsome competition.

dont you have to be invited to blue chip? if you don't and are seriously considering playing in college then it is deffinatly worth it...some of the best players in the nation go there so there will be awaesome competition.

yeah, um a sophmore and i really wanna play d1, but i lone in nh. so, coaches arnt really looking up here for top kids, even though we got some mad talent. i played for the nh tomahawks, and we came in third at the top 16 this fall, so were no joke. and, how do you get invited to blue chip if you dont live in a hotbed?
