Alright i go to order some mesh a spool some laces since lacrosse is coming and stuff... but I got me a tiny little problem... I can't checkout. Keeps giving me an error that they can't process my order. Doing this for any of you?

I have tried it a number of times and i still can not get it to work.

same with me and it happened to me too but it wouldnt process the payment so i just emailed them and it worked again

My account information never works anymore and that is after having my account reset twice now. I just call my orders in now. It's more of a hassle, but it's all I can do to get materials.

same thing happened to me, so i used my visa card and it worked fine. it doesnt seem to work with mastercard anymore.

I don't know if it's the case here or not, but in the past the credit card validation has messed up my orders. If the information isn't exactly the same as your records then you get locked out after 3 tries. It's happened twice now and end up on the phone to order.

I havent ever had trouble buying with a credit card from jima, I actually just placed an order about 2 weeks ago and it went smoothly.

Right after the totals page that has a list with pictures of what you're ordering. It's the page where you enter credit card info.
