I was just popping by to see if anyone is trying out for All State Lax on March 18th. If you are tell me what age group so i know if i will possibly play with you

I think I'm going to try-out. I am a junior from Cherry Hill East. Whats the competition like at these things. Does everybody get a spot, and will everybody get to go to all the tournaments?

yea im going im a sophomore at st augustine prep.
shogunstud31, everyone gets a spot, and u are placed on a team. certain teams go to certain tournaments. not everyone can go to every tournament, but overall its really fun

how good is the competition at the tryouts and do you know how much it costs to go to the tournaments and all the other costs?

AES1132 it sounds like its a pretty expensive team every tournument u go to u have to pay a certain amount and if your on the better of the teams u pay more because u go to more tounamunets

The really amazing kids get on the recruiting teams and go to the recruiting tournaments. They are mostly going to be seniors.
Other kids, like myself going to be a junior, play on the other teams and go to the non recruiting tournaments. They are so much fun. Depending on who sponsered the tournament, (ex. warrior or brine), they will be there and have a trailor set up with all their new gear.
Even though its a bit pricey, its a great program.

they are held at I think washington twp. high school. not exactly sure though.

I played allstate the last two years. It's good. This year at first tryout it seemed like there were a few real good kids and a bunch of kids that haven't touched a stick since last spring (class of 09). This year it'll be set up a little different, you will be placed on set teams that go to certain tournaments and this year there will be an up front fee. Last year they had a rising seniors recruiting team and a rising soph and jr recruiting team. I think it'll be like that again this year.
