What should i get i play X. Krypto Pro or a Dolomite.
Also what head should i get? Helix, Evo Pro, Evo 2.0

You should be new to TLF. Preference threads are not allowed on TLF because not all the preference go along with everyone. Every part of lacrosse is determined by you. You have to choose which equipment best fits your skills.
But since your new, I say Krypto Pro and Dolomite are both great shafts for X, for heads, I really recommend the Evo 2.0. Pro series heads never satisfied me. I haven't tried the Helix so I can't say anything about that.
