I am new to lacrosse and I'm gonna buy some shoulder and elbow pads.. I have gloves, a stick, and cleats.. Any suggestions on the pads?

for arm guards i like my shiver 4.5's my gloves are ok but they could be better i currently have hypnos, but yea idk if you want to take my input but search it
