i have this shaft called " stx c405 custom alloy deep freeze and cryogenicaly treated. i ahve googled this many times but cant find out what shaft it is. can someone help me?

Its a STX C405 Custom Alloy Deep Freeze, its named exactly what you posted above. Its basicly the C405 shaft that STX made before they came out with the Axe. They were supposedly Cryogenicaly frozen to improve the shafts duribillity. They're great shafts if you can still find them.

They don't sell them in stores anymore, because they were discontinued. I think the regular price of them was around $70? Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Selling it online all depends on its condition, age, time used, ect... So basicly make your own price and other people should tell you if your over-pricing it.

I would say if it was brand new, maybe about $65-$75 if it's the shaft I'm thinking of.

Ehh. Considering its a very out-dated shaft, it shouldnt go for much.

Maybe $40-$50 tops.

I've heard numerous stories of players snapping that shaft. I think STX improved the "recipe" on the Axe. Use it for as long as it holds up though, it's no worse than a CU31.

I have that exact shaft youre talking about. Its a bit heavy by todays standards but it has no dents yet

like eph said its the STX C405 Deep Freeze i think kryptic used to have one aswell ive heard there pretty beast but itd problby be worth as much as any other C405 shaft

it retailed for im going to say between 60 and 80, i forgot the price. its a great shaft.
