Yes, Versus airs the games on tape delay.

For those still interested (as of the tv airing), it's 2-1 Buffalo a few mintues into the 2nd.

As far as this weeks broadcast was concerned, I liked the segment before the half when they got Dick Vermeil in the booth. I guess maybe because he knew the field game because of his grandchildren helped, but also maybe because it wasn't Eric Neis asking the questions, but it felt more professional over the previous broadcasts.

Yeah, I was at the game. Their passing by the net wasn't up to par, and they took way to many low shots. Most of their goals were the shots when they picked the top corners.

I was at the game also. The Wings were not wining the ground balls and they were dropping the short passes inside. Snyder and Jacobs might have won every single faceoff taken durring the game. There was somthing going on between Snyder and the Bandit's coach. They were talking at each other all game. Snyder would say somthing and the coach would point at the score board. The bandits had two open net goals at the end of the game. Messed up my fantasy score, I have Philadelphia as my D.

Yea the hall of fame inductees, came out during half. Coach for Bandits, Kilgour(SP?) walked out shook some hands then walked back to locker room to be with team. Maracheck (sp) came out and waved alot, tons of cheers. 1st inductee was a reporter for buffalo, 2nd played for wings, involved heavily in wings/nll. From canada, played for Cornell, was ncaa all american. All were cheered nicely; overall ceremony was short and sweet but everyone got the respect they deserved

There weren't any long-pole D's that I saw... is this common for teams not to have them/play them?

You'll NEVER EVER see a pole in the NLL or all of boxla. It's too enclosed an area for a pole to be effective for the indoor game.

Scoresheet says they outballed the bandits on draws and loose balls.

Guess the Bandits got the goaltending they needed, and good looks on the Wings' goalie (10 goals allowed on ~34 shots ain't not good).

Wings Offense put a lot of shots on Chuggers chest, very few inside shots - most outside shots with Dietrich getting a real good look at it. Wailes three goals were all wormburner screen shots from the outside. Until 'Nucces goal in the third, we had no action inside - unless you count dropped passes.

Bandits D seemed to be able to vacuum up any loose ball near the goal - I know htey didn't and we got plenty of second chances, but it sure seemed that way.

We owned the face off circle, but due to stone-stick henderson like offensive plays, we just could not put it in the goal.

Bandits played great defense and did a great job preventing the Wings transition play and fast breaks.

It sure looked like Phila couldn't pick up the ball.

I read the Wings won 22 of 23 face offs. How often does that happen?
