Weis @ ND lacrosse game

he wanted to see how yeatman was doing. he only lets players be in other sports if they actually play. if they warm the bench....well he doesnt so whatever. man i wished i had payed attention to the schedule. nd had a game and i forgot to turn old willy on.

First off, Charlie may just be a sports fan supporting Notre Dame lacrosse. Secondly, he probably wasn't as big, "in his day" as he is now. So his size shouldn't make a hill beans difference as to whether he's a fan or why he's at a game.

If you looked at Tony Gwynn (MLB Hallof Famer), you'd never suspect he won seven or eight batting titles. Weiss may be grossly over weight now, but perhaps at some point in his life he was svelt enough to enjoy the game of lacrosse.

That or he just likes sports!

He might enjoy the sport or is a supporter of all Notre Dame athletics, but most likely his is watching out for prospect football player.
