ive heard that if you want to get your weak hand stronger, you should do things you usually do during the day with that hand.

like if you usually write right handed, you write left handed instead or anything else you can think of.

is that true?

yes, it is. it developes the muscles in your left hand as well as getting your brain accostomed to doing things both ways.

Yeah but would writing lefty really be worth the problem of not being able to read anything you write?

it just builds motor skills.....also try stalling the other way.

mainly your training ur brain to do things w/ ur left hand that would be alot easier w/ ur right

This is actually something I have been working on too. Like I use a fork and knife with my other hand or if I have nothing to do in class I doodle or write letters with my opposite hand.

Yeah I heard that this is true. I try brushing my teeth and using a fork/spoon/knife with my left hand. It feels really awkward at first but as you do it more often it doesn't feel any different than doing it with your dominant hand. I think it has helped me when I use my left hand now.

I make my mouse on my computer left handed and play games. It seems like it helps.

I've been writing with my left hand for about a month now and I can write pretty good with it now. Obviously its not as good as my right but its getting there. As for helping me in lacrosse, I'm not really sure but I hope it is. I think the best way to help your left hand is to just play lacrosse with it.

How do you make your mouse left handed?
