best play of your lax life or team play

What is the best play you have ever had or team play give details dont just say i got a pass and scored.

last season last game you can call it a team play was when are best shooter shot the ball and it bouced off of the goalies head i got the GB and the huge 6'5
goalie bodied me and luckily the goalie was out of the cres and my buddy came and rected the goalie and the ball rolled in it was so funny and oh yeah it was in

There is two that I can think of:

In an indoor game last season I scored the game winner with less then 2 seconds left...that was pretty sweet! With under five seconds left I picked up a GB near the goal and buried the shot over the goalie's right shoulder.

During the season we were up big against a team and my coach said the only way we could score is if we had X amount of passes in a row OR score by doing a trick shot. I tried my behind the back shot and scored on my first try at it. My friend also scored behind the back during that game. That was a sick game.

That's pretty low of your coach to let you guys score on trick shots. It's just insulting to the other team.

My best goal was on a fast break. Our faceoff man won the ball clean and sprinted away down the field towards the goal. I took off from my defender, caught the pass when the defender slid to get the FO man and had a breakaway on the goalie. I then faked the shot convincingly and put my arms up in the air like I scored (I think the ref even blew the whistle like i had scored). The goalie looked in his net for the ball, which rolled in between his legs about 5 seconds after he started looking. The play was still called a goal, and after the game was over, the other team offered their congrats on the play.

ummmmmmm when i was in 5th grade we did this play called the cyclops.

we were down in this game, and i was sprinting from the midline to the goal wide open, the goalie clears the ball to me, i catch it jumping backwards and while in the air and getting hit by the goalie i manage to pull a behind the back right over the goalies shoulder.. it was ballin.. We still lost, but a ballin play regardless..

Best defensive play: we were winning by just a goal after blowing a four or five goal lead and there was less than a minute left. We had a pretty new defenseman at X and he was beaten by a big, strong attackman who had been on the German National Team. I slid from the crease and laid him out just as he was about to shoot. Our goalie got the loose ball and we cleared and ran out the clock. It was also probably my second best hit ever and I got my best hit earlier in the day in a game we lost against another national team player on a ground ball.

Best offensive play (well, not many to choose from here): for our one and only time, we had two teams in a tournament at home. I coached the first team and played LSM on the second. The other team was beating us by about 10 goals, but had a penalty against them. Nobody on our team had scored yet in the tournament, so I decided to stay on offense and just took a few steps after the whistle blew and hit the bottom left corner (only the 7th outdoor goal ever for me and one of two that our second team finished with in the tournament....although our first team won the tournament). Nobody expected me to shoot from just inside the restraining line, but I had taken that exact same shot warming up our goalie every practice for about two months.

My sickest lax moment, and of the University of Hartfords season last year was when we were playing vermont...i was playing left side attack, and the ball was checked outside of the box rolling toward x, our attckman at x josh wasson who plays for chicago right now picked it up...meanwhile i backdoored my guy so im wide open about 15 yards out, so he passed it to me, and i was running with it in my right hand going a little above the goal towards the right pipe...i made a quick decision knowing the goalie was lefty and ripped a behind the back right over his right shoulder in to the upper left corner from about 12 yards out....yea it was reallll nasty, coach came up to me after the game and said congrats on the sickest goal of the season

Our goalie passed all the way from his crease to me at the restraining line on the other end of the field, then i scored. =]

mine was something like what the ualbany goalie did on the youtube clip. i got the ball, and basically ran it down and dodged like 4 people and then got a windup shot and scored.
