dan do you have direct tv if you do its channel 625 but its 4-3 syracues leads at the half army is playing very well the last goal was because army tried to clear over dan hardy :imparied: and he caught adam fullerton way out of position

i noticed cuse couldnt hit the goal during the hobart game either, especially in the first half.

i didnt realize that i set it to record...apparently twice. i saw the ending, i liked that army won. they had 2 great goals in the end, and syracuse couldnt convert (darn pipes)

I wouldnt put an Army over cuse game in the same catagory as Drexel over UVA...

Cuse is beatable...always has been...Army has had good teams recently...the only reason many didnt think Army would put up too much of a fight is because they lost a decent amount of talent...their other guys stepped it up like they should...and better than we thought...so surprising yes...big time upset...not sooo much

It didnt matter to me Im happy either way (from syracuse but starting goalie for army is from liverpool) very good gameand army was deffinatly underrated coming in but came to play.

A combination of both. Syracuse must have hit the pipe at least 10 times, and threw it straight into the goalies stick a number of times as well. Army's defense did a good job also closing shooting lanes and not letting men open in front of the crease, which forced many outside shots that didn't go Syracuse's way (except for Brooks in the 4th). Syracuse's offense just didn't have it together today, and their defense didn't do very well either. The only thing that kept them in the game today was Coluccini, who played a very good game, and Jerome, who dominated on faceoffs.

Don't count them out yet though, last year they started 1-4 and went all the way to the semis. The team still has talent, they just need to work a little harder.

armys defense surprised me a lot. and their clearing game picked up toward the end and was as good as syracuse's in the beginning. also, the f/o unit of army got the clutch few faceoffs at the end that helped to keep the 2 goal lead. but armys defense, they were great. didnt let anything through at the end. i will say this, that syracuse couldve won or at least tied it if the few shots they took in the last minute didnt hit the post. that was a big key to the win in my opinion.

I turned on the tv and watched the second half. Army defense was amazing. They kept switching from Man to Man to a Tight Zone. That really shut down Syracuse offense. Syracuse on offense were just standing around waiting for some one else to make something happen. Coluccini was not that impressive in net. Good Game Army.

i watched the game syracuse played abouslutely sloppy and didnt do anything all night. Hardy didnt try to make a difference down the stretch like he did last weekend. very sloppy couple of ground balls
