I just got back from the villa julie cortland state lacrosse game at villa julie. villa julie WON 10-9.

yea, but I've got to give credit to villa julie. they played great. their defence was very good. their offence took very nice shots and scored when they needed to. also their goalie came up with some huge 1v1 saves on the crease.

VJ has gotten better
how ever corland is not as good as they used to be
they lost a fantastic keeper and their got to guy Filice.

Was this the season opener for Cortland, or was it a scrimmage?

it was their opener, and yes cortland is not as good as they were but its still a HUGE win for villa julie

do you have any pics?? was cortland decked out in new triumphs and kings or did they just keep their old stuff?

they had the triumphs and the kings. also villa julie had new jerseys. instead of green they had new black ones.

I think it was actually good for cortland to wake them up. They are coming in with a new coach and only losing by one after losing the key to their D in goal. Same happened to cuse', uva, and the blue jays but were not gunna count them out just yet. Expect these dragons to come out big next game with fire brewing in their bellies to win. Im loving this competion this year in all divisions.

Thank you...I was gonna mention about a new coach. New coaches tend to at least need that 1st game buffer under their belt.
Having a new coach in practice is differnt than game time...
I agree that Cortland will bounce back after this loss.
