Goalie Uniforms

I play goalie and my team has just got new uniforms that are amazing, but the goalies got shafted and have to wear old football pratice shirts from the 80's. I have been looking for places who sell indavidual shirts, but have found none. Does any one have any sujestions on where I maybe able to find some nice uniforms that does not have a min. ordering number, and maybe some ideas on what other teams do. Also how to the D1 teams have goalie shirts that are different from the rest of the team? Do they buy them or is it because they are all sponsered? Any help would rock.

what i did was i asked the boys youth director if he had any spare jerseys from a boys team. He gave me one so now it mathces our school colors and is still a lacrosse jersey.

If you can get a guys jersey, that seems like the simplest solution

Another thing you can do is get a nice mesh shirt in what ever color you want and where that. With a number of course.

What you might want to do is find a local vendor in your area. Soccer jerseys work great as lax goalie jerseys because they are spacious. I'm guessing you'd be looking at a women's large or men's small. They come in a variety of colors. You might also be able to find blank jerseys at a dicks or sports authority type store!

I just got a blue mesh shirt in extra large and it's nice because it fits over my helmet and it protects my arms from the velcro on my pads. I'm pretty sure they just purchased it at a GI Joes, or Big 5, or some Sporting goods store. Just look in the men's department for work out shirts and you'll probably find something.

Assuming this is your school from your location...if not just go to prepsportswear.com and find your school. They seem to have most, and if they don't you can create it.

yeah same here!

my (women's) team just got really nice new wave one spandex jerseys... and I'm stuck wearing our old ones. Our guys lax team is too big and doesn't have an extra jersey.
