I saw the Pros VS Joes with Roy Jones. They had head gear on and Roy definetely took it easy on them. Those 3 Joes were way out of shape. I play B-ball with guys in their 50s who can still dunk and have 6 pack abs.

Pros vs Joes is on all the time on spike tv, normally at night. It is mostly re-runs but the new ones are on thursdays, I think?

I'd do it. I think it would take about 30 seconds for him to knock me out (honesty here, I'm a lover, not a fighter), then it would take about 3 minutes for the medical crew to remove me safely from the ring...so that would qualify me to 3 and a half minues of time in the ring.
