This grocery store is literally a 5 minutes walk from my house. They didn't even have a gun. And by the way, Jolene Rabun was my bus driver from about 2nd grade til 2 years ago. She claimed her boyfriend looked like Chuck Norris...
EDIT- I like how the nail salon lady says the girls were "too young to do what they did". Apparently there is now an age limit on robbing banks.

If we could have quotes in sigs (and If I had one), that would be in it.
But yeah...They were going for the 'That's Hot (Paris Hilton), bank robbery approach'

How do they just rob a bank with no gun? It seems like someone was on the inside. I doubt it was an actually robbery probably just a joke.

They handed them a note demanding the money, but it is dumb that they didn't have a gun. Even if it was a joke, the money is gone, and it's still a crime.

I assume you are being sarcastic, i was just joking.

Hahahaha oh man that is so funny..
Those girls girls are the epitome of your typical east cobb girl. I swear all of our women look the same over here. They are gonna be caught within two weeks, Ive seen yearbook pictures less clear than those... what were they thinking?
Honestly, how did the teller actually give them the money? If two girls came up to me and handed me a note telling me to give them all the money... Id probably laugh and think that they were trying to flirt with me. But even if I was some 40 year old man and took them seriously, why would I give two laughing unarmed girls any money? Maybe they had a friend working there that gave it to them or something...
I don't know for sure, but i heard they were caught today, and they were from North Cobb.

They were pretty hot though, Ill give em that.
Well, personally I'd prefer to give a potential danger to my life what they wanted. Especially considering it's other people's money!

I can't wait till there names are released so i can look 'em up on myspace...
just playin
But yeah... who in their right mind would give the girls the money? I would've 'reached back like a pimp and slapped the hoe' (actually listening to that song at the moment) if i were the bank teller. Two giggling teenage girls? You've gotta be kidding me.

Everyone is criticizing the teller for handing money over during a robbery.
If you work construction, you're worried about falling off of scaffolding, debris landing on you, getting hit by speeding drivers, and numerous other things. When you work as a bank teller, you only have one fear: being robbed. I doubt anyone here, if told they were being robbed, would have the balls to be like, 'Prove you have a gun first or you're not getting any money.' Sure, they're teenage girls, but take a look at the DC Beltway murders, a 17yr gunned down 6 people. Just because they're girls and still teenagers doesn't mean that they aren't insane. For all we know, they had their thongs rigged with C4, but they never used it, so as far as they media is concerned they never had it. If the teller and refused to give them the money and someone was hurt, they could be sued, as they are told to always hand money over and cooperate.
The only reason the media says they didn't have little kahr 9s in their Booney & Durke purses is because they never showed them. No one at the time knew if they did or did not have them, and who wants to risk their life for that. Two choices, risk your life for money that isn't yours, or give up federally insured money, as you are trained to do, to protect your neck.

Because they are 16 year old girls. Most 16 year old girls wouldnt even shoot someone in self defense if their life was in danger. I dont know if I could even find any that would shoot somebody for money, especially in the middle of a crowded super market. Not to mention the fact that they probably wouldnt be nearly a good enough shot to shoot me even if they wanted to.
Anyways, I was right. It was an inside job. The teller was one of their friends, case closed.
House is a sweet show.

Banks and stores generally have the policy that if you are being robbed you just give them the money, regardless of if they have a weapon. The reason is simple, they are insured so they don't actually lose any money. Besides think of the law suit that would occur if a robber hurt or killed a customer or an employee because an employee refused to give up the money. There have been instances where employees were fired because they stopped a robbery.

my bad, I didnt realize you had such extensive knowledge of how a 16 year old girl thinks. All of your "facts" are pure speculation and opinion. Anyways, Im not here to argue, and you were right about the whole teller being their friend thing.

All girls look cute in sunglasses, they're so misleading when they wear them. Ever see a chick and think she's a ten, just to realize when you see her without shades she's actually a butterface
Every time, every FREAKING time. I hate it. They should be illegal. My big sunglasses look ridiculous and I love them. I just look weird wearing them, so, yeah, not deceptive.
