If you send a package through UPS to a company(company requested to send it through ups), will they ship it back through UPS???

not necessarily, they will send it any way they choose, but i'd guess it is likely that they would ship UPS. its inexpensive and offers the ability to track a package (which is why they wanted you to use it)

I would assume that since they requested it UPS, then they will send it back that way. Did they give you an account number (different from tracking number)? If they gave you an account number, then that means they do regular business with them and will probably send it back that way.
