ight so i got a picture i wanna use, i make it a gif file, and shrink it to about 150x 150 pixels...it tells me that its too large, and 10000 bytes are allowed. my question is how do i shrink the bytes using photoshop, thanks for the help. i know what im doing with a computer this is just bugging me...im sure if i mess around i can fix it but i just want a quick answer
