I have had these shoulder pads for about two months worth of practices and games and I can safely say they are the most comfortable shoulder pads I have worn (and they look good to boot). After these two months I can say the only down size I have encounterd is you cannot take the biceip pads off or the shoulder caps will bounce when you run.

Profile: These shoulder pads have a slim, sleek profile. They are not big and bulky with big plastic shoulder caps like the hitman series, and the shoulder caps are not wide as an ocean like stx EXO's. The shoulder caps are made out of the same material as the rest of the shoulder pad, meaning more flexiblility, but they still have as great of protection as the hard plasting shoulder caps. As I said before, the bad thing is the biceip pad keeps the shoulder cap from bouncing.
Protection: These shoulder pads offer great protection. Although they do not have plastic shoulder caps, they have two small, hard plastic ovals over the middle of the chest and back for the hard poke checks to the chest, and slashes to the back. They are still not minamalist pads like the insanities, but not a plastic sheild like the players club shoulder pads, or the k18 shoulder pads.
Flexibility: These shoulder pads have the best flexibility of all shoulder pads i have used before. They cover the basic outline of the ribs and are made of flexible material. I feel like I am not wearing any shoulder pads at all. My late stx EXO's sliped around and had wide shoulders, the Dynasties are tighter to your body and don't slip, and are not tight enough as to constrict. These shoulder pads are similar to the first hitmans, but the later of these are more stiff due to the plastic, and the Dynasties are made of more flexible material.
Weight: These are the lightest shoulder pads I have played with. combined with the flexibility, when you get in the game you forget they are even there. There is no need to remove the biceip pad to remove wieght, for they are light weight to begin with.
Duribility: I have had these for two months and I see no signs of wearing. The velcro is still sticking tight and is not comming apart (like my last pair of stx EXO's). I can see these lasting years if I don't out grow them.
Cost: They are ub the cost range of 75-85 bucks. This is a steal, I personally think they are worth alot more.
Overall: As I stated before, the only downside to these are the shoulder caps bouncing when you take the biceip pads off. I feel as if the shoulder pads blend in with my skin when I am playing. If you like loose shoulder pads I would order a size up, for they are a little tighter than other shoulder pads, and I for one like this little tightness.
