Throat guard on a CPX

My team just got new CPX helmets and my coach gave me a throat guard with out the instructions on how to put it on. I have a C Pro already with one on and I know you need to have it be a certain distance away and what not. I looked at the cascade website and I couldnt find anything. Does someone have a link to the instructions or the measurements? Thanks
