Jimalax Problem???

Yeah, So I ordered a bunch of mesh from Jimalax over the weekend (last Saturday) and I am yet to receive a conformation email? So before I email them I was wondering if anyone knows if they send out conformation emails and they messed up or that they don't send them? I kinda in a jiffy so any reply is appreciated.. :thinking: :concerned

Your best bet would be to e-mail them with your order and name. They usually do send out confirmation e-mails, and last time I ordered Jimalax (over the summer) they kept in good contact with me throughout the process.

Also, it may be relevant if you were billed for it, so many you entered some information incorrectly.

As long as you are polite about it, I think that sending them an e-mail would be perfectly reasonable. Good Luck

Jima sorta kinda did that to me. I live in MD, and my first order twook a day and a half to get here. Thats crazy fast. This past time, I ordered on a Wednesday morning, didn't get it till like Tuesday.


I got a free piece of Catapultion mesh though, so i don't mind.

yea i ordered 5 pieces of mesh and a spool of shooting string last thursday and it came in on like tuesday. And if you dont tell them how you want it made will the mesh come out different just a question i have because last time i forgot to tell them and my hard mesh became like soft mesh and all crappy.
