View Full Version : Harrow Goal stick got annihilated

so I was at practice today, and everybody was working offense at the time. so me and one of our team GA players who was sitting out go off to an unused goal and he starts ripping it. I save a high shot that was going wide and it hit hard at the top of the stick. I didn't notice it or hear it because when the Harrow Freeze gets his it always sounds bad, but after one of our alumni who were at that practice today started ripping shots on me I came down on a ground ball and saw the huge new crack - I go to look at it and like 1/3 of the top part of the stick is separated from the other 2/3 and is only hanging on by the top string... I taped it up but it is still really bad- :thumbsup:


random: I got a rip from an alumni today above the nuts and below my CP today and it felt like my penis was on fire for 10 minutes.

The Harrow Freeze is only for mesh saves!!!!

I knew it would happen. With those cracks on the scoop after only like a week...Tisk Tisk Harrow...

Hope it's still under warranty. I can't see how a one piece goalie stick would be too beneficial, but whatever. I can't exactly see it catching on among goalies.

Its on warranty...Boys. His freeze is only 2 weeks old or so.

After it breaks again...Then, You cut the head off.

ya, i dislike harrows. i had just a regular goalie team shaft because we got shafts that said Darien down the side, and the third practice it got hit near the top and it cracked, and it wasnt even a crank shot, it was just like a regular speed. overall dissapointing shafts. i give them a frownie face. :(

if it breaks again do they just keep sending you more?


1st time it Breaks : send broken one in get a brand new one for free (must be within a year of the date bought )

2nd time it breaks : send broken one in and get a brand new one for 50% off

3rd time it breaks : your screwed



BTW shud I try hot gluing it?

noooooo...It'll void the warranty probably. It would look like you tried to fix it. E-mail harrow.

k, I wrote up a 4 paragraph letter to them saying why I shud get a new one without using my warranty up but I accidently cut it all out and then went back to paste it and it wasn't there..... this happend like 30mins ago, so ill prolly try again soon.

Considering how expensive the Freeze is, I would try to return it and get a refund, then use the money to buy a real head and shaft.

that's not a pun, that's the point of the statement...it's like when someone says "that's a money idea" - it's a capital idea, therefore, no pun intended, literaly meaning intended
