im pretty much in love with lax. i played house leauge last year, and im playing varsity this year for my school... but i really want to take it to the next level and play REP. im dedicated and passionate! i also practice alot, and my friends dad is a boys rep coach so he helps me out. but im wondering, what will it take realistically to make an under 19 b team? any suggestions will help :)

train like crazy and just outhustle everyone else. get in the best shape possible. and TALK. my club coach always says the biggest factor in making her team is talking, especially on defense. yell if you have to but just talk all the time letting people know where you are

play as much lax as possible...wall ball when you have free time. think about lacrosse when you arent playing it.

I see on your profile it says - Position: Attack/Mid
So run as much as you can WITH YOUR STICK WHILE CRADLING.
Good ground balls, talking, good defense, always 100 percent effort.

thank you so much! yeah i play alot of wallball and i run like 3 times a week with my stick... also i get practice on my highschool team. im just worried that i will get cut because of my lack of expirience? but thanks guys
