If by stand out you mean from other goalies, than the best and relly only thing you can do is play well, have good stats, go and try out for some top-notch state teams, and take your team far in your regular season.
Also, if you're looking to go to a good D1 school, it's a matter of being in the right place at the right time in the right game. Scouts don't go to watch the medeocre players in a non-important game. They will most likely be at the higher ranked, or higher division games, plus state championships.

check out the recruiting forum, there's a bunch of threads on how to get noticed and I'm sure there are some that deal with similar situations to yours.

I dont believe MI has a state team. If you want to stand out train as much as possible and get really confident.
Although You should go to a school that fits your academic needs first then your lacrosse needs.
Since you live in MI their are a lot of top teams to tryout for such as the Champion travel team. Also i would do many leagues as possible during the winter and summer months.
Go to as many camps and leagues and use them to hone your skills as a goalie. If you can, i would recomend leaving the state for division 1 camps that they hold. But don't get in the mindset that division 1 is the greatest, many d3 and d2 schools are just as good or not better than some d1's.
Go to the recruiting section, you will find much more on how to get recruited. Also go to the US Michigan lacrosse chapter to get information on teams, ect.
