Anyone have any drills they use on their pitchbacks. I got this one

I find that it is a bit too short for me and that I end up having to drop my shoulders to hit it and I dont want to develop bad habits. What should I do and how should I get it \"taller\"?

Try putting it at a higher elevation or something. Put some bricks or something under it.

for drills, just catch and pass as fast as you can for a minute with your right hand. not quick sticks, one quick cradle during your wind=up for your next pass. then do your left.

Waht position do you play>?

does that work for lax balls? it looks like the ball would just rip through eventually

I think itll work, my friend has the same one, and only one of the rubber things around the edge broke. Itll last for a while.

Throw right-catch left throw left-catch right. Repeat as needed.

what I do is pick up a ground ball on the run 20+ yards away, Sprint like there's no tomorrow towards the pitchback and nail it at it
then repeat. hope this helped.
