What do you run most of the time? I run a adjacent slide because our defense is to incompentent to have a 2nd on a crease slide.

adjacent slides. our middies have a hard time grasping that concept though.

we run crease unfortunatley our middies dont understand it but the defense usally just takes the slides

we run crease slides. It works beutifully if it goes right, but that doesnt happen alot.

my team runs both adjacent and crease depending on the offense

crease slide from teh top.. and cross crease (coma) slide when coming from behind

If the ball is coming from X, we do adjacent slides. If the ball is coming from up top, we may do either one depending on where the ball is. Most of the time we do adjacent slides, cuz if you slide from the crease that will leave a crease attackman wide open for at least a couple seconds, if there is a man on the crease.

From X, we overplay to keep them from going outside at the GLE....the slide should come from the crease. From the point or anywhere else up top, we overplay to force them away from the point (towards the sideline) and try to set up adjacent slides. If we are beaten down the middle from up top, the slide comes from the crease, though.

X is the area directly behind the goal. The point is directly in front of the goal, just inside the restraining line.

We run crease always.
