Drink your whey shake before you go to sleep(if you dont already.) Eat food with lots of proteins and carbs for example steaks,hard boiled eggs, any kind of meat, breads, grains. Try to gain muscle wieght by lifting instead of gaining fat. And when you are lifting try doing more wieght less reps.

I would imagine there are some excercise that you can do, breathing patterns and such that could help you gain weight. You just need to eat alot right before bed, and in great quantities. I would also hit the gym. Nothing puts weight on faster than muscle. I would research this in more depth on Yahoo. I know I have seen things that slow your metabolism.

eat alot of carbs and alot of protein...if you really want to do good with your muscle taking your shake before you lift, after you lift, and before you go to sleep slams the pounds on.

and in the mean time, figure out how to play with your weight. im guessing your fast. use that to your advantage as much as you can. im 5-9 135. Junior also.
