Trying to make a highlight/hit tape for my team.

Can someone tell me how to add music in the background while not completely deadening the game noises?

As well as tell me how to cut parts of a video?

To add music hit file -> import, then put the audio on the audio section. To cut, use the little blade icon next to the point icon and cut it where you want.
