Hello all,
Over the last year or so I have developed a habit while playing. When I cut in for a pass or go to catch a pass I have a habit where I swat at the ball and quickly spin my stick at the same time. It works fine while just playing with freinds but it is a bad habit I need to brake. Mostly because I keep missing passes in games. Does anyone have any tips to help me get rid of this habit. Its like I don't know how to catch the ball correctly anymore.

EDIT: I know there is multiple posts on this, yet I am looking for help in breaking the addiction.

wall ball and everytime u "snap" at the ball(thats what its called) make urself do a set of sprints or some pushups.....or u could tape ur hands to the shaft :roll:

Thanks for the idea, yeah I was thinking about asking one of my coaches to force me to run everytime I do it, because I need to stop doing it.

Electro-shock therapy. But seriously, just make an effort whenever you play wallball or with your friends not to do it. I kind of have the same problem.
