Ever since our game last night my feet and ancles have been killing me. Once I slept they felt better. But once I put on my cleats today my feet started hurting. We had to run alot today and after practice, the arch part of my foot, the very top of my feet and my ancles are hurting really badly. And i have a game in st louis this weekend. What should i do?

Get some better cleats. They are probably cramping up a muscle. Find some larger size or wear running shoes.

Yeah i agree, but maybe after the games you should see an orthopedic specialist. Sometimes if you have bad support, you can ruin your ankles and knees from running in shoes with the wrong support.

this exact thing happened to me last season. Cleats come really hard and flat-footed. Buy some jell insoles and put then in ur cleats with some double sided tape permanently. Never play without the insoles, and ur ankles will be better in less than a week garenteed

This also happens to me if I tie my shoes too tight, I'd check this before anything else because it can be easily adjusted.

your shoes or either to tight or to loose. If they are tight you need new ones. If they re loose, tie them tighter and were 2 pairs of socks.
Try soaking your feet in hot water and epsom salts(they sell it in all drug stores, it's in a carton). Also try and stay off your feet for away cause them may just need a rest.
If they are still hurting you go see a Dr.

ankles, its spelled ankles. And get some gel inserts for your cleats and you should be fine.

How old are your cleats? If they're new, you should've broken them in sooner. If they're extremely old, buy some new ones. If they're 1month to 1season old, you bought some bad cleats.
