I really need some help training for endurance running. What should I do so I can make myself run for a long amount of time?

just practice. but dont over run yourself. just slowly add farther distance, but be sure to pace yourself!

Be sure to hydrate. Hydration is necessary for endurance training.
Just run long distances, but pace yourself. Run with weights for more of a challenge.

its like walking but just speed it up a little......
