I did this for zzzXFactor13zzz. This is the first 6d I've done so comments and critisms are welcome. I also did the dye. The shooters are what he wanted, so noone needs to say why do you have so many shooters.

Im going to mess with it all the way down to Indiana tomorrow to see if i can get it to how i like it for our game tomorrow....
Im gunna see if i can put a couple up against Ball State with it...

The dye job is nicely done. The stringing not so much. I would suggest wetting, and stretching the mesh more next time you string since I assume this head is already gone. By stretching the mesh you will get a better pocket shape/form and you won't have to rely on a deep bottom-string to achieve your depth.

it looks like the ball can get stuck behind the bottom string holes, does this ever happen? That dye is really sweet though.

I know how to stretch a pocket, I've been stringing for a long time. Unfortunetely for me, there wasn't to much time to even start the break in process. But no, the ball doesn't get stuck on the bottom. Also, about the pocket being so low, that's what he wanted, so that's what I gave him. Thanks for the compliments on the dye, it turned out really well.

edit: just a tangent, not getting on zzzfactorzzz for anything. I just think if I'm stringing the stick, I should get to put in shooters the way I think is best.

Yeah I guess that's where we are a little different. I gave my input on it, he still thought five shooters would be fine. Now, if he doesn't like it, the beauty of it is I can change it. Also, he knows how to string, so it's not like he has no idea what he's talking about.
Dye = gorgeous. Pocket, not so much.
Ok, a comment like would be great if it were accompanied by some sort of idea to make it better. I can't see how the pocket is "not so much[gorgeous]" unless you are going to tell me how to make it better.

The dye is well done and the stringing is good too. I don't know why some people are saying it looks bad. Maybe biased against uber low pockets? Anyways, he asked for a low pocket, you gave him a low pocket. Good job.

I think that the dye is pretty sick but I don't like the stringing. you would have no pocket if it wasn't for the huge bottom string. It doesn't look like you stretched the mesh. The sidewalls seem wrong and too tight therefore its pulling the mesh to the inside of the head and won't make a pocket if that made any sense. But if it works for him then keep it.

Exactly. I think the mesh could use more stretching. It will give you more of a pocket without a deep bottom string.
Sidewinder's Vapor is a good example:

i have a really similar 6d torque i just strung. except i have one u, 2 shooters, and a crosslace acting like a nylon on top of my highest shooter cause i was having lip. pockets real low, and it needs to be softened/broken in a little so it gets a litttttle bit iof whip cause its hard to control. ill post pics soon.

The sidewalls aren't wrong, I couldn't get what I wanted doing it the normal way, so I interlocked them. Yes the pocket is not stretched, I was short on time and couldn't do the normal stretching.

mmm that stick is gorgeous reminds me of livin4laxs dye cept red instead of blue the pocket location is also a nice plus
shooters way to many in my opinion but hey you strung it like he asked for so good job

That dye is absolutly beatiful man.
About the pocket, i say tighten up the bottomstring and stretch it out, or maybe use a couple more diamonds at the bottom (you seem to have a few left over)

Haha.. Yikes. Sorry i just got back from our road trip this weekend and i see alot of kids dont like how i asked for the stringing to be done...
Well, i gave him the stick 2 days before i needed to have it back and made him rush... he banged it out exactly how i asked for it... and as for the amount of shooters... ya, my buddy has one just like it, and i liked how it threw.
I used it the day i got it, against probably one of the top 2 or 3 goalies i have ever played and i ended up getting my hat trick. So I honestly dont see the problem. Once again, Simmers your nasty.
Oh yea.. my entire team, and the two teams i played this weekend were pretty jealous and i might be sending a few guys your way. Once again, great job man.
